Christine Parker Stuart

Principal 

Christine is a lawyer, organizational systems consultant and leadership coach. She combines her coaching skills, expertise in organizational dynamics, and legal experience to help executives and leadership teams maximize efficiency, collaboration and success. Christine’s had an active coaching practice since 2009. Her law practice focuses on counseling employers regarding compliance matters and documentation of employment practices and procedures. Prior to joining the firm, Christine served as dedicated deals counsel for Sysco Corporation, a Fortune 100 food distribution company. In her role she negotiated terms, conducted due diligence, including employment and other compliance issues, documented and closed acquisitions. Christine served as in-house counsel for Cooper Industries, Inc., a Fortune 500 manufacturing company subsequently acquired by Eaton Corporation. As counsel she was responsible for mergers and acquisitions, establishing risk management training, procedures and practices, negotiating commercial agreements, and global trade compliance. Earlier in her career Christine was in private practice in the corporate sections of Chamberlain Hrdlicka and Hirsch & Westheimer, where she represented clients on a variety of domestic and international transactions in diverse industries, including oil and gas, transportation, and technology.

Christine is a credentialed ACC coach with the International Coaching Certification and holds a certificate in Leadership Coaching from the Doerr Institute for New Leaders at Rice University. She is trained and certified to administer the EQ-i 2.0 Leadership, Workplace and Higher Education Reports for individuals, as well as the 360 Reports for groups.

Christine is a 1992 magna cum laude with honors graduate of Mount Holyoke College (BA, International Relations.) She studied civil and common law at Tulane Law School, graduating in 1995 as a Juris Doctor with a European Legal Certificate. Born in Costa Rica, Christine is a native Spanish speaker and is also fluent in French.
