C. Keith Lea

Keith represents executives, business owners, employees, and companies in federal and state court, arbitration, and before administrative agencies in connection with all aspects of employment litigation. Keith has significant first chair trial experience, and his experience includes negotiating, prosecuting, and defending non-solicitation, non-compete, and trade secrets cases, breach of fiduciary duty claims, executive compensation disputes, partner and shareholder disputes, whistleblower actions, discrimination claims, breach of contract actions, and other employment-related matters.

Keith also provides employment law counseling and best practices advice regarding compliance issues, internal complaints and investigations, employee relations, FMLA and ADA accommodation and leave, and anti-discrimination measures.

Prior to joining Stuart PC, Keith was a shareholder in a civil litigation firm and an attorney for a litigation boutique in Houston.

Keith graduated from Texas A&M University in College Station with a degree in Political Science in 2000. After graduation, Keith attended South Texas College of Law in Houston and graduated in 2005.
