Non-Competition, Non-Solicitation Agreements and Employee Disloyalty
Draft non-competition, non-solicitation and confidentiality agreements; litigate agreements in court; pursue clients’ former employees who breach those agreements, and the new employers who hire them; and defend against competitors’ claims following clients’ hiring of former employees subject to restrictive covenants.
OSHA and MSHA Violations
Defend against OSHA and MSHA enforcement actions involving worker deaths and serious safety and health violations.
